After Your “Core Team” individually and collectively is deemed “solid and Focused” in a brainstorming, problem solving, collaborative, supportive group, your Core Team may be segmented into Department Teams; rejoining the Core Team monthly to report collaboratively on successes, obstacles, opportunities, collective brainstorming and problem solving.
During the 1st month of Core Teaming meetings, the psychology in “Why Team?” will become clear, mutually understood and personally acknowledged by all team members, resulting in “signature commitment” to individual excellence and accountability.
What if?

In the event an individual or individuals display malicious intent in breaking the team efforts, the individual will be asked by leadership to make a decision to “join” the team or leave the practice.
Without Master Team consensus and “buy-in,” the team will be undermined, ultimately endangering the practice initiatives. Negative morale will proliferate and decay the process, patient experience, and revenue opportunity can not be maximized for Your benefit. (The practice can achieve its “Brand” through excellence in attitude, customer service and team collaboration.)
