These scheduled 30 to 60 minute face-to-face sessions allow the eYeFacilitate team to work focused with your team or team individual to achieve anticipated and expected results. Goals are established to achieve prior to the next scheduled virtual meeting. This keeps the individual commitment and accountability in place.   

In order to understand the individual ‘culture’ within each unique practice, an initial on-site evaluation will reveal the opportunities to improve. We’ll address day-to-day issues and how to manage them; including managing patient objections, pushback, skepticism, and guiding patient outcome to improve experience and revenue. We will employ smart strategies to maximize revenue while providing patients with memorable service. We schedule 2 to 4 follow-up onsite visits throughout the year to observe and note success in action and objectively identify additional opportunities.



Additionally, we advise sending your key optical personnel to eYeFacilitate University 1 to 3 times each year.
